25 facts [that you may not know] about me!

(Don’t blame me if you fall asleep in between. I was tagged and I have to finish this!)

1. I am not used to being tagged (Gonna get you for this, vimmuuu!! :-P)
2. I’ve recently started blogging and am still tinkering around with my site, figuring out what’s what. (Duh!)
3. Writing is my first love… I feel incomplete without it. Music follows a close second.
4. I am generally a tolerant person. I get temperamental only when severely provoked into reacting.
5. I have a sharp tongue, so it is NOT a good idea to provoke me :-P
6. I am a die-hard romantic at heart, but I don’t express it as often. Thus I am mistaken for being far too practical – which I guess I am to a large extent.
7. I feel that in a relationship the little things matter the most, because in retrospect they tend to seem the big things.
8. I turn to mush before puppies, kittens and babies (the last being someone else’s of course! :-P hehe)
9. I am a cleanliness freak (God bless my roommates!) – but not really to the point of being obsessive compulsive. Atleast I think so. (I better not let any of my roommates read this and start counter arguing.)
10. I am an unapologetic chocoholic…AND enjoy having a sweet tooth. (Translated you can almost always win me over with an ice-cream. Well, almost. :-D)
11. Plus a foodie too… but I believe in quality over quantity! :-)
12. I like cooking too… depending on my mood. Love to try out different cuisines (including cooking, eating and dining out)
13. I love driving… but get enough opportunity to do so mostly only in my home town
14. I love travelling too…there are a lot more places in the world that I wish to explore. A Euro-trip wouldn’t hurt either.
15. I hate hypocrites. And show-offs. Period.
16. I think the world of my grandparents… I feel life isn’t worth living if you haven’t known their unconditional love.
17. A sense of humour and an easy going nature is the easiest way to make me notice/like someone… or maybe I shouldn’t be letting that secret out! :-P
18. I was a total tomboy during my early teenage years. I still am one in the spirit… sometimes! It drives my mom crazy most of the time anyway :-D
19. I tend to get lost while reading a book… to the point that people can stand around me and shout at the top of their lungs and I wouldn’t notice! No, really! I completely zone everything else out.
20. I value my individuality and freedom above every…um… ok, MOST things in life.
21. I analyse and reanalyse a hundred times the pros and cons before any decision I take. But once I take the decision, no regrets. I remain steadfastly by it.
22. For a usually reliable person, I can be surprisingly impulsive for certain things… now don’t ask me what! Censored! :-P
23. If I believe in something, come what may I will stand up and fight/argue for it... to the extent where people unanimously agree that I should have taken a degree in law!! But having said that, I don't like to impose my beliefs on others. Live and let live, I say...
24. When confronted with a choice of logic vs. emotions, I almost inevitably go for logic. It may hurt initially, but it never fails in the long run – as of yet, atleast.
25. I value all the big and small relationships in my life – of all generations – and work hard to maintain them. I consider it a gift that I am able to connect with people irrespective of their age.

When I started this list, I was wondering where I’d get 25 things to list out about myself; and was considering reducing the number to 20 or 15 for starters. Now that I’ve reached the end, I realise there are more things I can add to it even now!
